WJLA Feature of 1331: Why new luxury D.C. apartments rent for $22,000 a month

WASHINGTON (WJLA) — A new luxury apartment building has popped up in the District. 1331 Maryland rents units for a staggering $22,000 per month and it’s located along the 14th Street Bridge near the Holocaust Museum.

The building has private elevators and spacious 2,500 to 3,500 square foot apartments.

One of the three-bedroom apartment costs $15,000 a month, and it has top-of-the line amenities, cabinets, and undermount sinks.

Some of the bigger units have massive dining rooms, multiple bedrooms, four balconies, a library, meeting space, and great views of D.C.

Groceries are delivered to your refrigerator and dry cleaning is brought to your closet. Construction won’t be completed on the apartments until September.
